When brochures are ordered by private prospective customers, Aloys F. Dornbracht GmbH & Co. KG only collects and stores the data required for dealing with the request. This data is stored and then passed on to the companies responsible for the logistics and for handling deliveries of brochures. This involves your title, your first and last names, your postal address and telephone number, and your email address (optional). If your request for a catalogue is not made from within Germany, then we either pass this data on to your local branch, which ensures that you are sent the material by forwarding the data to a logistics business in your respective country, or we send you the information ourselves in accordance with Clause 1 above.
When brochures are ordered by a company, the optional personal data we collect includes the name of the person to contact in that particular company. In accordance with the above paragraph, this data is then passed on to the companies at home or abroad that are responsible for actually sending the material.
  b. Contact & E-Cards
We store the data collected via the hotline for as long as is needed for dealing with your request. The data collected from e-cards is passed on to the recipient you name, and stored by us for as long as rendering the required service takes. When recommendations using press reports and suchlike are made, the data you provide is passed on to the recipient and not stored by us.
